Mr. Music Music School Toolbox Project
Toolbox Project is a research-based, community-tested Kindergarten through sixth grade social and emotional learning (SEL) program that builds and strengthens children’s inherent capacity for resilience, self-mastery and empathy for self and others through its curricula, methods, and strategies. Our program promotes healthy social emotional development by using the metaphor of a “Toolbox” to help students learn 12 innate Tools that already exist inside them. These “12 Tools” create a common language that quickly leads to improvements in communication, civility and conflict resolution in the classroom and across the whole school community.
